History

Nigel Kenneth Ford entered the funeral profession in 1978 after leaving Priory Secondary Boys’ School, Taunton. He gained the National Diploma of Funeral Directing in 1982.

After long experience as a funeral director in Taunton, he established his own independent firm of funeral directors for Taunton and all surrounding villages.

His staff includes funeral directors Paul Barrington and Simon Farmer, secretary and funeral arranger Tina Forsyth, and a personal team of bearers who have been with the company for many years.
